Conditions for acquiring professional accreditations

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE PURCHASE OF B2B ACCREDITATIONS

The following terms and conditions govern the purchase of tickets for the Vapexpo Spain NGX event, promoted and organized by

Vapexpo Events, S.L. (the Organization), whose registered office is located at Calle el Cura, 2, 02001 Albacete, Spain, and whose tax identification number (CIF) is B02594794. Contact email: info@vapexpo-spain.com. Vapexpo Events, S.L. will be solely responsible for the acquisition process, as well as for the management of the personal data that visitors are required to provide during the acquisition process. Purchasing a ticket implies acceptance of the following conditions:

1. YOUR ACCREDITATION

1.1. The accreditation is legally considered a negotiable instrument, in accordance with current legislation.

There are different types of tickets for Vapexpo Spain NGX: Professional and Press. However, the Organization reserves the right to offer new

ticket types not listed here. In any case, these tickets will be subject to the general terms and conditions for ticket purchase and access to

Vapexpo Spain NGX outlined in this document.

1.2. Once purchased, a ticket is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, except in cases of cancellation or date change for

Vapexpo Spain NGX Madrid.

1.3. Admission, without prejudice to the right of admission as stated in these terms and conditions, is subject to having a complete ticket.

tickets not purchased from official points of sale. Any altered, torn, or counterfeit ticket will authorize the organizer to

deny its holder access to the exhibition area. The organizer reserves the right to take appropriate legal action against any holder of

altered or counterfeit tickets.

1.4. Possession of a ticket does not entitle the holder or any third party to use it, or its content, for advertising, marketing, or promotional purposes (including,

but not limited to, contests, giveaways, and/or raffles) associated with the ticket holder or any third party. Failure to comply with this provision will obligate the

advertiser and/or unauthorized user to pay a penalty equivalent to one thousand times the price of the most expensive ticket for the event, without

prejudice to subsequent claims for general damages. Furthermore, their accreditation will be immediately revoked.

1.5. Tickets may only be purchased at points of sale expressly authorized by the Organization.

1.6. The Organization advises that it has implemented technical procedures capable of detecting any photocopied or counterfeit ticket. The Organization

reserves the right to deny access to the venue to the ticket holder if any anomaly is detected. The detection of any fraudulent use of

the home printing tool will be prosecuted in accordance with current legislation, including criminal liability.

2. ABOUT THE TICKET AND ITS EXCHANGE FOR AN IDENTIFICATION PASS

2.1. The accreditation must be exchanged for an identification pass upon arrival at the Vapexpo Spain NGX venue. The exchange point will be located at the main entrance of the exhibition venue, the Convention Pavilion at Casa de Campo in Madrid.

2.2. Therefore, the Organization will not be responsible for the condition of the pass; its care and preservation are your responsibility. Damaged or torn passes will not be accepted.

2.3. Once this ticket has been exchanged for the pass(es) in the designated area, the pass becomes the document that certifies the acquired right. Loss of the pass will result in the loss of the right of admission. The Organization advises that tampered, damaged, or torn passes will not be accepted. To temporarily leave the venue, you must keep your pass to re-enter.

3. RIGHT OF ADMISSION

In accordance with Law 17/1997, of July 4, on Public Shows, Recreational Activities, and Public Establishments of the Community of Madrid, the Organization, in its capacity as organizer of the 2nd edition of Vapexpo Spain NGX, establishes the following CONDITIONS OF ADMISSION.

3.1. The organization completely prohibits access to the exhibition for minors under 18 years of age, even if accompanied by adults.

3.2. The organization completely prohibits access to the exhibition for non-professional visitors.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND IMAGE RIGHTS

4.1. The Organization holds and owns all image and name rights, intellectual and industrial property rights derived, directly or indirectly, from the

artistic performances or any other activities that may arise in connection with the VAPEXPO SPAIN MADRID event. Therefore, any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

5. PERSONAL DATA

The Organization shall be entitled to take any legal action, both civil and criminal, that it deems appropriate against those responsible for any attempted fraud,

trespassing, and/or damages caused to the Organization, directly or indirectly. We inform you that your personal data will be collected in a file owned by VAPEXPO EVENTS, S.L. and may be used for future promotions, all in accordance with VAPEXPO’s privacy and personal data processing policy published in the VAPEXPO General Terms and Conditions, and complying, in all cases, with current regulations on the protection of personal data. Participants may exercise their rights of objection, access, rectification, and cancellation at the following address: VAPEXPO EVENTS, S.L., Calle el Cura 2 bajo, 02001 Albacete, Spain.

6. LEGAL RESERVATION

The Organization shall be entitled to take any legal action, both civil and criminal, that it deems appropriate against those responsible for any attempted fraud, trespass, and/or damages caused to the Organization, directly or indirectly.
